Weslaco Police identify second suspect in bar shooting

Police in Weslaco have identified a second suspect in the fatal shooting that took place outside a bar early Wednesday morning.

Authorities believe 30-year-old Omar Guadalupe Reyes was an accomplice in the murder of 28-year-old Michael Anthony Sanchez outside Tequila Charly’s bar and grill.

Police say Omar is the older brother of Fernando Reyes, the suspected shooter. Police say the Reyes brothers drove off in a tan 2007 Chevy Tahoe with Texas license plate number PMS 409.
