The new generation is seemingly more involved in our nations politics than in previous elections, and that is because they want to take part in this historical moment.
Since early this morning students attending the University of Texas at Brownsville had the opportunity to watch live images of our new president Barack Obama’s intense inauguration ceremony.
“It’s really great that they are doing it because I did not have any where to watch it and having it here I get to see it and experience it” Said Angelica Ponce, UTB student.
The job market is what worries most students that are about to face the real world.
Omar Guerra member of the league of student voters said: “Any policy that is made in the Obama administration affects us. It affects the jobs we get, the way the industry is working, and the way the country is run”
