Two men are charged for robbing a San Juan convenience store

The chase began with an aggravated robbery in the city of San Juan in which the two suspects, Eugenio Davila and Michael Montoya, used an ice pick and machete to threaten the clerk after which the pursuit ensued.
“The chase went into the city of Pharr and McAllen and ended after the suspects lost control of their vehicle and crashed behind the old civic center by the cemetery.”
Authorities were able to apprehend the suspects immediately after and found the ice pick, and machete in question, along with a baseball cap belonging to the victim and an un-disclosed amount of marijuana.
Davila’s bond was set at 370 thousand dollars for all the related charges, while Montoya
