THREE MORE ARRAIGNED IN ELDERLY MANS DEATH

Cahues body was found brutally beaten in his home on august 8th. 18-year-old Alfredo Elias Gomez, 28-year-old Hazael Gonzalez and 29-year-old Joel Salinas were arraigned before judge Kathleen Henley. Justice was served today as each person was charged with capital murder and given a one million dollar bond for the death of Cahue.
There were seven people involved in Cahues death four of which are teenagers. They are being tried with the same charges at the hidalgo county juvenile detention center.
Cahue lived in a larger home in McAllen, before moving into the mobile home park. He kept a large television and other expensive belongings that were stolen after he was beaten to death.
Gomez, Gonzales, and Salinas are looking at the death penalty or life in prison. The four teenagers were also charged with capital murder for the death of Cahue.
