Thief Makes Off With Money Center Loot

A masked man walks into a McAllen Wal-Mart and runs off with thousands in cash. The incident happened shortly before 8 a.m. inside the Wal-Mart on 1200 East Jackson. The Money Center was robbed at knifepoint of an un-specified amount and the crook behind it all fled shortly after.
“The person is described as a Hispanic male in his 20’s, tall and thin. He was wearing a darkened color hood type sweater and blue jeans,” says, Sgt. Joel Morales/ McAllen P.D. if you have any information on the robbery, you’re urged to contact McAllen Crimestoppers at 687-8477.
