The Wait Continues on Arizona’s SB-1070 Ruling

US District judge Susan Bolton did not rule on the federal government’s request to block sections of SB-1070 from being implemented.
Opponents want her to block the law from taking place while hearing lawsuits questioning the constitutionality of the measure.
Critics say the law will lead to racial profiling.
Supporters say the law will help curtail problems brought on by illegal immigration.
