Teen Faces Charges in Motorcyclist

The 17-year-old accused of striking a motorcyclist and refusing to stop and render aid faced charges Wednesday. 17-year-old Rogelio Diaz struck 18-year-old Alan Tiscareno with his truck as the victim was at a red light on his motorcycle. As a result of the collision Tiscareno flipped over and landed on the bed of the truck. Diaz, however, did not stop and extended his dramatic rampage. Diaz was charged with causing an accident involving injury and criminal negligent homicide. He faces a $25,000 bond and remains behind bars.
