Teen dies in vehicular accident

A vehicular accident took the life of a fifteen year old after two cars were allegedly racing and lost control late Sunday night.
The vehicle hit a tree and wounded a 15 yr female passenger due to the impact. Authorities were not able to revive the driver, 15-year-old Stephanie Mireles who died at the scene. Today authorities arrested a 15-year-old male from a second vehicle involved in the accident. Authorities say they have tried to ask the teen for more information regarding the accident, although he has not been able to provide much information as he is in shock due to the accident. The vehicles involved were racing which caused the Honda to hit the tree and kill Stephanie. Authorities want to make it clear to the public that accidents such as these are preventable, and want this accident to be an example of what could happen if driving recklessly.
The teen driving the jeep was arrested earlier this afternoon for failure to render aid and will be presented in front of a judge sometime tomorrow.
