Teacher released from jail after pornography charges

A Brownsville middle school teacher is released from jail after being charged with four counts of child pornography. Ramiro Lozano was released from jail on an $80,000 attorney surety bond. However, after several search warrants were executed over the holidays by ice agents, Lozano could stand to face more charges. B.I.S.D. police initiated the investigation but was later turned over to the Cameron County district attorneys office. Lozano was hired as a music teacher at Besteiro Middle School back in August of 2007. He has since been suspended.
