MERCEDES (KFXV) — The body of missing 24 year old yvette franco is found.  Now family and friends begin planning her funeral.   Late this morning authorities confirming they found Yvette Franco’s dead in a canal near mile 10 in Mercedes.   Almost a week after her disappearance, her body is discovered just hours after her vehicle is  located inside a canal near the Mercedes Livestock Show Grounds  – on FM 491. Man Dies After Being Ejected From Truck

LOS FRESNOS (KFXV) A man dies after being ejected from his vehicle. According to the Department of Public Safety, the incident happened yesterday on FM 1575. The driver who died is identified as 56 year old, Ruben Garcia Rios. Investigators say garcia drove his black truck under the influence of alcohol while speeding and without his seatbelt. McAllen (KFXV) — The McAllen Police Department and FBI have come together to form the RGV Safe Street Task Force, arresting three men for online solicitation of a minor –identified as 23 year old Edinburg resident, Diego Martinez, 23 year old, Johnny Rene Garcia from McAllen, and 29 year old, Hector Rodríguez Catemaxca also from McAllen. Investigators say neighbors walked into the home and found the woman who lived their dead in cold blood. The murder is linked to a vehicle robbery. Weslaco (KFXV) — A man accused of beating his stepson to death is sentenced to 25 years in jail. The 13 month old child was attacked at his mother’s home according to investigators.
