One Dead after Fleeing accident scene from Police

One person is dead after fleeing from Pharr police today, around 1 in the afternoon. Police witnessed a two car collision at the intersection of Cage Boulevard and Ridge Road. A black Jeep Cherokee fled the scene of the accident onto a canal access road. He lost control of his jeep, crashing into the canal. In Harlingen, a manhunt ends in the arrest of a suspect accused of fleeing the scene of an accident.
