Suspect Identified in 11-Year-Old’s Killing

Authorities have released the name of the man responsible for running over an 11-year-old girl while she was boarding a school bus. 73-year-old Arturo Martinez is now facing manslaughter charges.
11-year-old, Valerie Garcia, was crossing highway 281 to board the school bus when Martinez failed to stop at the school buses flashing lights and ran over the young girl. Garcia was pronounced dead at valley Baptist medical center.
