This year’s crackdown on drunk driving begins at midnight. The zero tolerance impaired driver mobilization operation will include cities like San Juan and McAllen where drinking and driving has become a big problem especially during this holiday. The best thing to do is to plan a safe way home before the festivities begin (i.e. a designated driver).
