Tired of speedsters racing through their streets, officials in San Juan have set up a hotline where residents can call and report these incidents.
Authorities say they were receiving numerous calls from the public asking that speed bumps be made to defer drivers from racing down highly transited streets. So, they decided to implement the traffic complaint hotline to address the growing concern.
The hotline is the first of its kind in the region. Anyone who would care to make a traffic complaint in the San Juan area can do so by calling (956) 460-8860
