San Juan Murder Case at Condesa Apartments

During a press conference today, police identified the four people detained, brother Hector Mendoza and Arturo Mendoza, as well as Damian Juarez, are facing homicide charges. Adriana Garcia is going to be arraigned because she failed to report the incident. They were detained at the Super 8 Motel in Alamo today around 4am. There they seized several automatic weapons, marijuana, and cocaine. They were all detained in connection to the death of Rogelio Pardo Jr. on Monday at the Condesa Apartments.
The victim’s brother Felix Pardo says he suspected something was wrong when his brother didn’t return home.
Now, these apartments located south of I Rd have two mandates pending in state and federal. It could be shut down for harboring gang members. Authorities say 12 to 15 gang members live there and in the last year police have investigated 45 incidents at this one apartment complex.
The victim’s family said the attack was so brutal that it was hard to identify Rogelio.
At this time authorities are looking for David Deon, Roberto Garcia, as well as a third gang member that has not yet been identified for taking part in the death of Rogelio Pardo.
Local and federal authorities will handle this case. The police chief said that the FBI will be handling the case to track down the people responsible for the death of Rogelio.
