Rubio case postponed

Child killer, John Allen Rubio was due in court this morning, however the hearing was postponed for Wednesday.
Both the defense and the prosecution met up with State District Judge Arturo Nelson on Friday to discuss the breadth of competency testing being conducted, this in order to determine whether or not Rubio will be able to stand trial for the second time.
In November of 2003, Rubio was found guilty on three counts of capital murder, however the decision was revoked in 2007.
Rubio, 28, smothered, stabbed and mutilated back in march of 2003.
