Robber hits same convenience store twice and gets busted

A Brownsville man is behind bars tonight… all for stealing two cans of beer from a convenience store at gunpoint. Take a look at the security cam video.
On Sunday October 12th, 21-year-old Sergio Soza entered the stripes convenience store on at the stripes 7951 south most road. He attempted two purchase two cans of beer before mid-day and when the cashier would not sell, seeing as how it’s illegal, Soza walked out.
The cashier ran after him, which is when Soza pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot the clerk if he did not go back inside. He fled in a maroon Sentra accompanied by another individual. Then just a week later, he entered the same convenience store and made a legitimate purchase with the same cashier…. this person recognized the suspect and surveillance video was released to further identify the culprit. Soza will be arraigned tomorrow on charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and his accomplice is also being investigated.
