Ringgold Middle School Fire Declared Arson

After much investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, has determined that the fire at Ringgold Middle School in Rio Grande City was in fact arson. According to authorities, damages have added up to approximately $5 m. However, school officials are still trying to figure out whether or not any part of the 30-year-old building can be salvaged. The agency has yet to reveal the method of arson or where they believe the fire ignited. No suspects have been identified in the case.
