PROGRESSO TB TESTING BEGINS

After last weeks tuberculosis scare in Progresso, officials wasted no time and began testing more than 100 students and staff for T.B.
The testing comes after a Progreso high school female student was diagnosed with a possible case of tuberculosis by her personal physician. She has since been given antibiotics and had multiple tests, but official results will not be in until January. School officials tell Fox 2 news that the student has been released from the hospital and is being treated at home.
