The investigation into her disappearance has led Mission Police to suspect foul play. The person of interest: her husband Pedro Lugo. Although this continues to be a missing person case, neighbors of Josefina Lugo fear the worst. In a press conference held today, police officials told Fox 2 News that after 17 years of marriage Josefina and Pedro Lugo had recently filed for divorce.
