Police seize 81 bundles of marijuana after chase

Two alleged smugglers lead la Joya police officers in a high speed chase this morning.

Officers tried to pull over the stolen pick up truck but the suspects refused to stop.
This dash cam video shows the suspects speeding through traffic well over 100 miles per hour.
The pursuit initiated near la Havana and ended in a neighborhood north of 107 and Minnesota road where the suspected smugglers got away after the front tire of their vehicle was disabled.
Police were able to seize about 800 pounds of marijuana.
