A pawnshop robber makes off with jewelry and cash and it’s all caught on tape. McAllen Police released surveillance video of the masked suspect entering the amigo pawnshop on Hackberry Ave. yesterday evening. The Hispanic male wearing a blue striped polo, jeans, glasses and a cap, brandished a semi-automatic weapon and threatened employees.
“He went to one of the, or several of the display cases, broke the glass to it and then stole the jewelry that was inside the glass cases. He left the store, running out and was last seen running south bound,” says, Sgt. Joel Morales/ McAllen P.D.
