Non-Native Antelope Brings Threat to Cattle Ranchers

The U.S. Department of Agriculture responded to local ranchers plea for help, because the increased population of a non-native antelope species that carries ticks is making cattle sick. Known as the blue bull in many places the Nilgai was introduced in Texas during the 1920s, but now it is becoming a nuisance in the valley.
