Murder Suspect Turns Himself in

An alleged murder suspect with a conscience? The man who apparently stabbed and killed another has turned himself over to authorities.
25-year-old Omar Garcia Vasquez turned himself in today at 2 p.m. and was charged with murder and given a $500,000 bond for the death of 20-year-old Eduardo Medellin.
“Apparently he went looking for the girlfriend of the victim and for some reason the victim and the assailant exchanged words in an argument that escalated in that type of manner. It escalated into a physical confrontation and resulting in the victim getting stabbed in that confrontation,” says, Quirino Munoz/Edinburg Chief of Police. Police are still looking for a second suspect linked to this case.
