A man accused of killing a Mercedes woman has been sentenced to prison.
In a plea bargain agreement, 30-year-old Jose Garcia was sentenced to 50 years in prison. 33-year-old Sandra Rincon’s family members found her lifeless in her duplex on 12th and Colorado in January of last year. Garcia was charged with murder and accused of armed robbery. Still no word on the motive behind the crime.
