MCALLEN MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO CHILD PORN

A McAllen man has pleaded guilty after being charged with possession of child pornography, and now he could be facing many years in prison.
30-year-old jack Arnold Heflin, pled guilty to three counts of child pornography promotion and a single count of child pornography possession before the 139th district court.
The case is presently being investigated by the Texas attorney general’s cyber crimes division.
Heflin who was arrested march 17 will be sentenced at a later date.
