Man Wanted for Indecent Exposure at STC Weslaco

A masturbating flasher is on the loose in Weslaco. Police are on the lookout.
Weslaco police responded to the STC Mid-Valley Campus this morning after a female reported seeing a suspect exposing himself and masturbating in his car.
According to police, the female was walking through the STC Parking Lot when she the suspect’s inappropriate behavior. Immediately thereafter, the masturbating flasher fled the scene. Police are working with STC Officials in obtaining possible surveillance footage that may help locate the suspect and make an arrest to avoid another incident.
This disorderly conduct, will not be tolerated in Weslaco, police say.
Officer Rodriguez, tells FOX 2 NEWS, the suspect is not believed to be a student at the STC Mid-Valley Campus and because of the nature of this offense, police did not release the female victim’s name.
Police described the suspect as a Hispanic male in his early 20′s, bald and skinny. He was last seen driving a gray or silver Saturn with Texas license plates137-SJJ. If you have any information on his whereabouts, call Weslaco Police Crime Stoppers at 968-TIPS.
