In the shooting death of 18-year-old man, one teen is arraigned while another remains on the loose.
16-year-old Hugo Lara has been charged with attempted murder after a San Juan shooting lat Thursday at a home on 106 Sunset street left 18 year old Jesus Cruz wounded. However, the manhunt continues.
