Brownsville native inocencio mendoza is facing charges of indecent exposure. The woman that was drving next to him on fm 802 says the man was engaging in the act while driving his miniwan. Appauled, the woman called police and followed the man to his house. When authorities arrived and arrested mendoza, he said he had no idea the woman had seen him.
