Man Arrested For Sexual Assault

After over four months of looking, police have arrested a man they believe was responsible for the sexual assault of a 13-year old Harlingen girl. The arrest of Eugene Alberto Gutierrez junior, took place in Corpus Christi over the weekend. The 18-year old suspect has been eluding authorities since allegedly assaulting the teenager in June. Gutierrez was transferred to the Cameron county jail this weekend.
