Man arrested after assaulting his wife

A woman cries out to police after her husband allegedly assaulted her. Police made contact with victim who stated that she had been assaulted on multiple occasions by her common-law-spouse, 20-year-old Eduardo Franco, who would apparently use a knife to threaten his wife. Franco was arrested on the 63 hundred block of Dakota Street and will face additional charges of evading arrest, unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawful restriction. Bond was set at $85,000.
