Man Accused of Sexual Relations with Teen

The man identified as twenty-year-old Cody Rivera was arrested by Progreso police in relation to a sexual assault against a minor. Rivera was riding as a passenger on a scooter that was driving in the middle of the night with no headlight on. Police at first thought that Rivera was an informant. When they checked him out police realized otherwise.

Authorities determined that Rivera was sought for having had sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl. He faces a $100,000 bond.
