Man accused of sexual assault

A man accused of sexual assault was arrested by Alton police.
27-year- old Javier Alberto Jimenez had an arrest warrant pending for sexual assault, which is considered a second-degree felony.
The suspect apparently had sexual contact with a 15-year-old female.
His bond was set at 75 thousand dollars.
