La Villa’s shortage on police officers cause for concern

After several homes were broken in, la villa residents are worried about even more belongings disappearing but more importantly their safety.
Several La Villa residents like Annabel Guerra say they are scared break in will happen again with the lack of police patrolling their neighborhoods. There is only one police officer per shift and residents are uneasy, as these break-ins have occurred in the middle of the day.
Elsa city manager Paul Vazaldua says the cities of Elsa, Ed Couch and la villa share a dispatch center, although at the time of the break-in
