Kidnapping Fugitive Under Arrest

A fugitive of the law is busted trying to make his way back into the United States through the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge. 27-year-old and Donna resident, Antonio Joram Ramirez had been wanted for kidnapping. He was caught earlier this week at the bridge when a background check gave way to his criminal past. Ramirez is now in the custody of the Starr County Sheriff’s Department.
