Judge Still out on Handy

After last week’s indictment, a judge is still deciding whether or not to release commissioner Sylvia Handy’s husband on bond. The judge is taking into consideration two factors: Juan Gabriel Espronceda’s alleged drug addiction and the fact that the prosecution is claiming he’s a flight risk. Precinct One Commissioner Sylvia Handy along with her husband, and two others were arrested for allegedly conspiring to harbor illegal aliens for financial gain. They have all plead not guilty.
