That ruling today during a hearing from a visiting judge.
Child protective services said two of her three brothers will remain in the care of family relatives. The parents did not contest the rulings. Brownsville police arrested Alfredo and Leticia Ines late last month on charges of second-degree injury to a child and unlawful restraint for keeping the girl in the closet for a year.
