Indictments may have been brought forth last week, but Sylvia Handy was once again at work today, this time meeting with county workers. Commissioner Handy made an appearance at the quarterly meeting with employees at Sunrise Hill Park. Even though handy could not comment on the allegations against her, she assured that her legal problems should not have anything to do with the progress of precinct one employee
