immigrant pursuit

This morning in La Joya a total of nine undocumented immigrants were detained in two separate incidents.
The first occurred around 5 AM, where a suspicious vehicle leads authorities in a quick pursuit towards road 2221 and ending in the brush by the side of highway 107.
Several people were found hiding in the trunk.
Several hours later the same situation unfolded, a woman was detained around 8 AM and her nerves betrayed her. After searching the vehicle police found that she was transporting four undocumented immigrants in the trunk, all of them were from Mexico.
all detained are waiting to be deported.
