Homicide investigation continues

San Benito police have released few details on a homicide they began investigating Sunday morning. We do know, however, the man was stabbed several times.
It is a silent and somber day for neighbors that live on the 400 block of Commerce Street in San Benito. A few roses were placed up right in front of the home, to remember a man who loved music and who had the chance to work with Freddy Fender during his path to success.
According to Jose Villalobos, he had known him for many years, since the 1950s. Villalobos said the victim had his own gig here in San Benito, but he was also a Plummer on the side
