Home Depot Theives Arrested

The suspect and his accomplice in a threatening trip to a McAllen Home Depot are behind bars.
33-year-old Gregorio Garcia III and Albert Churbe of San Antonio are accused of walking into the Home Depot on Trenton Road in McAllen and leaving with several un-purchased items.
When confronted by an employee in the parking lot one of the store, the man raised an ax to the employee in a threatening manner and then jumped into a green Chevy getaway truck driven by the second suspect. Bond was set at $150,000 a piece.
