High-speed chase leaves three people behind bars

A traffic stop leads McAllen authorities on a high-speed chase this afternoon. And tonight at least three people are behind bars. McAllen police officers initiated the pursuit after a ford f-350 committed a traffic violation at the intersection of Montecristo road.
The driver of the vehicle sped off near Rio Queen Citrus orange grove; it was there that the individuals took off on foot. Two of the four men inside the truck were arrested.
A third suspect was arrested during the narcotics investigation. Tonight, authorities are searching for two males that remain at large. The two men arrested at the orange grove face charges of evading arrest along with other possible drug charges.
McAllen police officers say the case remains under investigation.
