High Speed Chase in La Joya

Three suspects led La Joya police officers in a high-speed chase that lead to the seizure of more than 100 pounds of marihuana. At about 10:30 last night, La Joya police officers observed two vehicles that appeared to be drag racing heading east bound on expressway 83.
The officers attempted to stop the vehicles and the driver of a black Toyota pulled over to the side of the road as if to stop, however the suspect led police in a high-speed chase which was all caught on tape.
