Hidalgo Co. health department to undergo new campaign

The Hidalgo county health department is undergoing a strong campaign in respect to the conservation, packaging and sale of foods.
The training spearheaded, by doctor Laura E. Robinson from the Texas Department of Health, focused on the adequate instruction for food and health inspectors.
As part of the training, a major avenue of schooling had to do with diseases that can be transmitted through pets.
Starting today health inspector will be conducting a stringent series of probes regarding the health conditions of restaurants and peddlers who sell food.
