Harlingen authorities continue to investigate deadly vehicular accident

A vehicular accident in Harlingen claimed the life of two people and left three others in critical conditions.
One adult male and female were declared dead at the scene by judge Sally Gonzalez. Three other people including two female teenagers 16 and 18 are still battling for their lives.
All five victims were residents of San Benito. Preliminary investigations reveal that the dark jeep was traveling southbound on 77 near Primera Street, when it suddenly veered off the road and struck a palm tree. Harlingen police investigates the causes of the accident.
