The Harlingen teen that became trapped under water after an accident yesterday remains in critical condition.
The vehicle in which the minor was traveling collided with another near a canal on Davis and Third Street in Harlingen, causing the car to go under with him in it. Sources say he could have been under as long as half-an-hour. For now, the accident remains under investigation.
