Gun Shooters Run into High School
This afternoon authorities from Elsa and the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office responded to an emergency call regarding a home burglary. According to sources, a group of men tried to enter a home by force before being caught red-handed by authorities. The would-be thieves quickly boarded a car en fled. But they did not get very far. They ended up crashing just in front of Edcouch-Elsa High School. The suspects abandoned the vehicle and ran into the school where they quickly got lost in the crowd. As of right now the sheriff and the Elsa P.D. are searching for the suspects.
