You’ve probably heard repeatedly that red wine can help protect you from a variety of health problems, like heart disease, diabetes and even obesity. But what if you don’t drink?
Good news, recent research says you can get the same benefits of red wine from drinking grape juice. In fact, consuming grapes in any form can reduce your risk of heart disease. Grape juice improves blood flow and lowers blood pressure.
Just make sure whether it’s juice or grapes; you go for red or purple, because they contain resveratrol, the substance that makes red wine so good for you.
