Got any outstanding tickets in your name? Well here’s your chance to pay-up and avoid additional penalties. The city of San Juan is offering traffic ticket amnesty. The program starts this Saturday and runs through the end of July. This is your opportunity to pay back what you owe without being fined an additonal “failure to appear” charge.
