A former D.P.S. agent pleaded not guilty on federal drug charges.
35-year-old Jesus Rafael Larrazolo was formally charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine. Larrazolo was arrested at the best buy parking lot in Brownsville on November 21st while he was carrying two suitcases filled several package of cocaine.
Larrazolo’s pre-trial date has been set for February 3rd. Jury selection will take place two days later.
